File Setup Guidelines

Bleed:
Include a 0.125″ bleed on all four sides of your banner artwork. Allow extra space at the bottom for the retractable base mechanism (typically 1″ of non-visible area).

Resolution:
Use 150–350 DPI depending on banner size. Full-size banners can be designed at lower DPI while still maintaining print clarity.

Color Mode:
Submit all files in CMYK to preserve accurate printed color. RGB may shift unpredictably during conversion.

Accepted File Formats:
PDF, JPG, PNG, TIF, TIFF, PSD, EPS, AI, BMP, GIF

Maximum Upload Size:
75MB per file

Note: Avoid placing important text within 1″ of the bottom edge due to retraction into the base. Keep all content within safe margins for clean visibility.
