Gloss Cover

* Cover means card stock (thick paper).
* Book or Text means paper (not as thick as card stock).
* High Gloss UV is a high gloss coating, Aqueous is a glossy coating, and Matte Finish is a non-glossy, flat finish.
* You cannot write or print on High Gloss UV-coated stocks, and we do not guarantee that you will be able to write on Aqueous-coated stocks.
* We do not recommend using heavy, dark ink on uncoated stocks due to offsetting.
* Glossy stocks provide brighter colors, whereas dull and uncoated stocks provide softer colors.
* C2S indicates gloss coated on two sides.

File Setup Guidelines

Bleed:
All files must include a 0.125″ bleed on all sides. This ensures edge-to-edge printing and proper trimming. If you’re using rounded corners (available on 3.5″ x 2″, 1.75″ x 3.5″, and 1.75″ x 3″ sizes), keep all text and important graphics at least 0.325″ inside the trim line.

Resolution:
We recommend a resolution of 350 DPI for clear, print-ready artwork. Lower resolutions may result in blurry or pixelated output.

Color Mode:
All files must be submitted in CMYK color mode to ensure accurate print color. RGB files may shift in tone when converted.

PDF (preferred), JPG, PNG, TIF, TIFF, PSD, EPS, AI, BMP, GIF

Maximum File Upload Size:
75MB per file

Manual PDF Proof: Our team will inspect your file and email you a downloadable PDF within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays). If errors are found, we’ll reach out with instructions for revision.

Note: Prices include the processing of one file set and the creation of one proof. Additional file versions or revisions may incur extra charges. You can track proof and order status at any time through your “My Account” dashboard.
