File Setup Guidelines

Bleed:
Include a 0.125″ bleed on all four sides to ensure edge-to-edge printing and clean trimming. Do not include crop marks.

Resolution:
All files should be created at 150–350 DPI depending on final size. Large banners may be designed at lower DPI for large-format clarity.

Color Mode:
Use CMYK color mode to ensure accurate print color. Avoid RGB to prevent unintentional color shifts during output.

Note: Keep important text and logos at least 1″ inside from the edge of the banner to avoid grommet interference or hem folding. Be sure to leave enough clear space around edges for hardware placement.
