* Book or Text means paper (not as thick as card stock).
* High Gloss UV is a high gloss coating, Aqueous is a glossy coating, and Matte Finish is a non-glossy, flat finish.
* You cannot write or print on High Gloss UV-coated stocks, and we do not guarantee that you will be able to write on Aqueous-coated stocks.
* We do not recommend using heavy, dark ink on uncoated stocks due to offsetting.
* Glossy stocks provide brighter colors, whereas dull and uncoated stocks provide softer colors.
* C2S indicates gloss coated on two sides.

File Setup Guidelines

Bleed:
Please include a 0.125″ bleed on all sides of your flyer design. This ensures edge-to-edge coverage after trimming and prevents unprinted borders.

Resolution:
Files should be prepared at 350 DPI to maintain sharp text and image clarity in print.

Color Mode:
Use CMYK for all flyer artwork to ensure color accuracy in final production. RGB color files may appear different when printed.

Instant Online Proof: Instantly review your file before submitting. You are responsible for confirming layout, spelling, resolution, and bleed.

Manual PDF Proof: Our prepress team will review your file and deliver a final proof within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays). If issues are found, we will contact you directly for revisions.
