File Requirements

RGB color mode
Artwork should be at least 300 DPI at final size
Maximum of 4 thread colors per design. We will match our thread colors to your design as closely as possible.
Save your design file with a transparent background. If your file is saved with a white background, we may assume the white background is part of the design.
Artwork should be true to size – our downloadable templates can help you determine the correct size and placement of your design.
We do not accept pre-digitized files. All submitted designs must be digitized in-house (no additional charge).

Design Requirements

Keep the design simple – avoid intricate details or fine lines.
Do not use photographic images or artwork with shadows/gradients.
Text should be at least 0.25″ in height and at least 0.05″ thick (at least 24 pt. font size, depending on the font).
Sans serif fonts like Helvetica and Futura work best for embroidery. Be careful when using script or decorative fonts, as the small details may get lost.
All text should be converted to outlines; otherwise, a different font may be substituted.
Note: Our maximum stitch count is 10,000 per design. If your design’s stitch count will exceed this amount, we may contact you to revise the design.

File Setup Guidelines

Bleed:
Bleed is not required for apparel, but we recommend allowing 0.5″ margin around your artwork to avoid edge distortion or stitching overlap.

Resolution:
Design files should be 300–350 DPI for clean and sharp prints, especially for DTG or silk screen applications.

Color Mode:
Use RGB for digital previews and CMYK or spot color (PMS) for silk screen or embroidery color accuracy. Always convert to vector for embroidery.

Accepted File Formats:
PDF, EPS, AI (preferred for embroidery and screen print)
PNG, PSD, JPG (for DTG or digital preview)

Maximum Upload Size:
75MB per file

Proof Process

Instant Online Proof: View your artwork positioned on the product before submission. Ensure sizing and alignment are correct.

Manual PDF Proof: A visual proof will be prepared and delivered within 1 business day. Approval is required before production begins.

Note: For embroidery, submit artwork as vector format with clearly labeled thread colors. Raster files may need to be redrawn for digitization. Avoid fine lines or gradients.
